Enterprise systems can't talk to each other. Real economy companies are missing out on the speed, efficiency, and precision AI can bring. To get there, we must first build the rails. Our mission is to build the integration infrastructure that connects every system businesses run on.
Our story
Custom integrations connect systems of record like ERPs to the operational stack around them: WMS, TMS, MES, OMS, CRM, and the other platforms that keep complex operations running.
Real economy companies are the ones paying for this gap. Without integration, shared context, and processes that don't depend on people as the bottleneck, they'll be left behind as the rest of the economy grows more autonomous. Orus connects the systems businesses already run on, learns how they actually work, and brings AI's speed to enterprises that can't afford to fall behind.
Our co-founder Giovanni spent a decade at Reply living this problem from every angle: enterprises stuck until their ERP was connected, AI projects that never reached production because they never touched the systems of record, integrators left to stitch it all together by hand. He wanted a better way before the technology could deliver one.
Michele spent ten years building products and driving digital innovation for enterprises, mapping how their business processes actually work. Starting in November 2022, when GPT-3.5 launched, he began experimenting with AI models. Since then he has been building complex AI systems, until February 2026, when he quit his job at Founders Factory UK to join Vento's venture building program, where he met Giovanni.
System integration kept surfacing as a problem to solve every time the two talked. It kept coming back until it was clear: the problem was too broken and too big to leave alone. They're the best team to solve it, bringing the two halves it requires: Giovanni brings the data, infrastructure, and IT depth to connect systems at the source. Michele brings the ability to map business processes and build complex AI systems that operate with precision on top of them.
The timing was right to close the gap and disrupt the custom integration industry. AI advancements now let agents automate work that once needed armies of consultants. But it's still a deeply technical challenge, and most people avoid it: custom integrations have to survive contact with production systems, where one mistake breaks accounting or shuts down operations.

First principle thinking
Break down problems to ground truths, question your assumptions and build up from there, instead of copying convention or tradition.
Radical prioritisation
Each day, focus on the 3-5 critical actions that move your mission forward in the next 18 hours, they must get done today. Everything else is noise.
Momentum over perfection
Find the 20% that drives 80% of results, hold it to a high bar. Cap the time, ship. Small relevant actions grow faster, larger and more significant over time.
Decide fast, test small and iterate
Most decisions are reversible, make them quickly. Test small to learn fast. Iterate quickly, improve at every iteration. Aim at short, fast feedback loops.
No fear to fail or iterate
Fails are nothing more than First Attempts In Learning. Be decisive under uncertainty. Be proactive.
Play the long game
Long term clarity > short term noise. Resist chasing trends, optimise for where you want to be in 10 years.
Unlimited ambition
Push yourself to continuously grow. There is no growth without self-improvement. Step outside your own base culture, or your own comfort zone.
Generous, polite, empathetic
Whenever possible, give first. Don't be rude. Being polite does not mean being a fool. Seek to understand, don't just assume.
