ERP Systems Engineer

Deliver and modernize ERP systems at client sites using Orus's AI platform.

A hands-on delivery role, combining deep ERP expertise with AI-driven automation to enable rapid migrations, modernization of legacy customizations, and integrations across enterprise systems.

What you'll own

Deliver ERP solutions using Orus AI automation to accelerate requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Implement and migrate ERP modules: financials, procurement, supply chain, project accounting, billing, and costing
Analyze, remediate, and modernize ERP customizations, using AI for code remediation and workflow optimization
Troubleshoot complex issues across application, database, and integration layers using AI-assisted diagnostics
Develop custom solutions and extensions on top of the ERP, adhering to platform best practices and enterprise governance standards
Implement integrations with middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration platforms
Manage data conversions and migrations using ETL and AI-assisted data-loading tools, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable data flows across enterprise systems
Lead testing (unit, system, integration, UAT) and end-user training
Serve as the onsite technical lead on ERP modernization projects, translating client requirements into technical solutions
Provide post-production support and performance optimization, leveraging AI-driven insights

What you need

Hands-on experience with a major ERP platform (Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud, SAP, or similar)
Strong SQL/PLSQL and experience with ERP development tools and reporting layers
Experience with core ERP modules: financials, procurement, SCM, project accounting, billing
Experience with ERP integrations using REST/SOAP, middleware, and integration platforms
Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous enterprise environments

Nice to have

Experience across multiple ERP platforms (e.g. both Oracle and SAP)
Familiarity with AI-driven enterprise automation platforms
Experience running CRP/SIT/UAT sessions and end-user training
Additional language fluency for client delivery (e.g. Spanish)
